How It Works
Survey
One of our designers will come to your home and assess the space. Discussing and listening to all your ideas and plans for the loft conversion. Understanding all your needs and requirements, before drawing up a plan that you are happy with.
Design
Once the survey is complete we will provide you with a free quote and design. Our designers are experienced in maximising your loft space, utilising it to its full potential. We will liaise with your local council and obtain all the relevant and legal planning permission, always adhering to building regulations.
Construction
You will have a site manager who will be your point of contact along with an on-site full time dedicated team of carpenters. Once all the carpentry and insulation has completed. We send in our team of professional electricians, plumbers and plasterers. All our tradesmen are qualified and insured.
Completion
Before signing off the job, we will arrange a final inspection with building control and of course make sure you are happy with the finished work.
